Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Barrie, Ontario, Canada using Canada Post.
How long will it take before my order ships?
Turn around times are 5 to 7 business days (unless a product is marked as a Pre-Order). We will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. However during a new release, turn around times may be increased to reflect demand.
Preorder time frames will be specified in the item description.
Will my order be tracked?
If you select an option that includes tracking, yes - your order will be trackable. If you select a cheaper untracked option, then unfortunately no, your order will not be trackable.

If you have purchase any other shipping type, your order will NOT be tracked. Bedford and Grove is not held responsible for any untracked packages that go missing once dropped off at the post office.
I live in the Barrie Area, can I pick up my order?
Yes, please use the code localpickup when checking out, this will eliminate the shipping charges from your order. Once your order is ready for pick up we will email you to arrange a pick up time.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time we only offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $80 before discounts. USA orders over $100 qualify for a discount of $10 using code USA at checkout.
Do you offer combined shipping?
If your order has not shipped yet then we are able to combine orders. Please email email@example.com with your order numbers or leave a note in your second order with your original order number. Both orders must have the same mailing address. If the two orders combined will put you over the free shipping threshold, you will receive a refund for any shipping that was charged. The refund will be returned to your original method of payment.
Do you ship to my country?
We now ship worldwide!
Will I be charged Customs and Duty on my order?
It is possible that your order may be charged with customs and duty fees after crossing the border. All Customs and Duty Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

The polish I want to buy is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
All announcements regarding restocks will be done through our email mailing list and our social media accounts. We recommend subscribing to the mailing list or following us on your preferred social media platform to be informed of restocks and new releases.

Do you do custom polishes?
Yes! I would love to work with you to create your own custom polish. Please email Lisa at email@example.com for more information. Pricing will be dependent on the ingredients used and if more than one bottle of polish is being created.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Shopify Payments, PayPal and Sezzle.
If you are in Canada, we also accept Interac Email Transfer. Please follow the instructions if you select this as your method of payment. Automatic deposit has been switched on, so there is no need to create a password.
There is an issue with my order what should I do?

What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of nail polish, we do not accept returns.
